Renter's Guide: reservation of your car. 
For reservation, picking up and returning of your car, Alanya Trust offers you various possibilities. No matter which one you choose, fast and easy handling is guaranteed. 

 

 

Reservations: 
You can choose to book your rental car online at www.trust-rentacar.com, in person at our office, or by telephone: +90 242 514 03 98. 
Car Hire: 
At our office you will be welcomed and served well by one of our staff, where you can always go for any questions or advice. 
Return: 
The return of the car can be done anywhere in Alanya. On request, we will collect the car from you. Of course you will also have the option of returning the car to our office yourself. 
Lease contract: 
You will immediately receive a copy of the lease contract when renting your car, in four languages: English, German, Turkish and Russian. 
General information about the rental 
The renter and the driver must hold a valid license. 
When picking up the car a driving license and a valid passport or identity card must be issued at the rental location. 
Minimum license 
In Turkey, you need a minimum driver’s license of 2 years for driving vehicles that are available at our office. 
Full insurance 
With a full insurance, your liability may be limited if there is any damage to the vehicle. This insurance is mandatory.
Cross Border Rentals 
Cross Border Rentals are not allowed. 
If the rule on Cross Border is violated, this will invalidate the validity of all insurance.
Roadside Assistance
Each car gets all the attention and service needed, so it is always well cared and drives like new. Our regular inspections and a well thought out maintenance program provides safe and reliable cars. 
In a few cases it may happen that you have bad luck. If that is the case, we can assist with local roadside services. One call to us is enough to help you out.
