Are the prices inclusive taxes?
In our pricing (on request), it is specified which costs (including taxes, additional fees and surcharges) are included in the price.
Are the prices inclusive insurance? 
Alanya Trust offers an all risk insurance if the car is used corresponding to the terms and conditions of the lease contract. The costs are specified in the pricing. 
Can anyone else ride the car? 
No person shall ride in the car except the person whose driver's license and identity are handed to our Alanya Trust office. 
Can I take car seats from an Alanya Trust car? 
No, all seats must remain in the car. 
Can I tow with an Alanya Trust car? 
No, towing is a violation of the lease contract and is not allowed under any circumstances. 
What happens if I bring the car back late? 
If the car is returned late, this may influence the price. Please call to let us know if you want to return your car on a date beyond the agreed date. If the car is returned more than 30 minutes late, you will be charged for an extra day.
What is the policy on off-road?
In general the Alanya Trust vehicles, including 4-wheel drive, should be used only on roads. Offroad riding is a violation of the lease contract. 
How many hours in advance should I make a reservation for my car? 
A reservation can be made even on the last moment, but please please note that the car you wish to hire may not be available. We advise you to make a reservation for your car at least 1 day in advance. 
What restrictions on the license apply when renting a car from Alanya Trust?
To be able to rent a car in Turkey, the tenant has to be in the possession of a valid driver’s license for at least 2 years. 
When do I pay for my car? 
The payment of the rental will be made at our office after the lease contract is signed. 
Is Cross Border rental possible during the rental period? 
No, crossing borders with the car is not possible and is a violation of the lease contract.
